InsTech London Insights – 22 October 2015

We’re struggling a little with the new newsletter technology (yes, ironic, we realise!) so please find a copy below in more or less the planned format.

InsTech London – The Insurance Innovation Hub

Welcome to our latest newsletter.  To walk the walk we’re trying to be a little more innovative than mere text emails.  However, this takes time, so if any of you are interested in helping out on this (or any of the other event, information gathering and social media aspects of InsTech London) please do get in touch.

The past few weeks have been busy, and the momentum is only increasing.  We have almost 100 new members in the MeetUp group in just the last month, and importantly you continue to come from the full spectrum of roles – insurers, innovators, investors, researchers, journalists, service providers etc etc.  Our aspiration is to offer a hub for the insurance innovation eco-system and that’s only possible if all elements of the eco-system are present.  And it increasingly feels like they are.

We had a great fourth MeetUp and building on its success we’re really pleased that Swiss Re have offered to host our November event.  More details of that below along with the new member list and the usual recap of interesting articles lovingly curated on our Passle account.

Do remember that we are present on various different media, and in particular please do follow us on Twitter where we (re)tweet all the interesting InsTech news we come across.  We are happy to include and promote your relevant articles so just forward the text or a link and we’ll do the rest.

Thanks and speak soon, Paolo & Robin
